A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Szczecin, he has been developing and managing projects in the medical, beauty, fitness and retail sectors for over 24 years. He specialises in creating and scaling brands and in delivering complete fit-out investments, from concept through to opening.

He brings economic training together with practical business experience, favouring innovative solutions, functionality and high quality. A believer in continuous development, effective management and an active life.

Dyrektor Operacyjna w Ratyński Design & Build Sp. z o.o., doświadczona specjalistka z ponad 20-letnim stażem w branży projektowo-budowlanej. Absolwentka administracji, posiada silne kompetencje organizacyjne, analityczne i zarządcze.

She is responsible for managing projects end to end — from concept to completion — coordinating investors, architects and contracting teams, with quality and deadlines firmly in view.

She specialises in projects for the medical, beauty, fitness and retail sectors, bringing the commercial and technical sides together and improving how investment processes run.

Bartłomiej Rosa

Founder of InfraPulse, which supports businesses with IT services, infrastructure, cybersecurity and the digitalisation of business processes. Within Stworzymy Twój Gabinet he leads on technology, helping practice owners and investors plan the IT environment properly while the facility is still being created.

He makes sure every new clinic or practice stands on solid digital foundations — from choosing hardware and working systems, through data security, backup and monitoring, to communication and process digitalisation. The owner is spared difficult technical decisions and the costly mistakes that come with them.

He combines hands-on technical experience with a commercial approach to implementation. Technology, in his view, is not a cost but genuine support for the daily running of a facility — secure, stable and ready to grow.

Artur Stocki

For 15 years I have been building the Star-Invest Budownictwo brand, combining engineering knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering projects.

Our field is main contracting for residential construction and for the specialist medical sector. We work closely with architectural practices, so every project we deliver is not only soundly built but carefully thought through — in how it will be used and in what it costs.

Architect, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology.

An architect with many years of experience designing and delivering buildings, both private and public, as well as interiors of varying function and scale. Co-founder of the PW ARCHITEKCI practice and of PWM ARCHITEKCI + medic, which specialises in projects for the medical sector.

Her work brings together technical knowledge and a feel for design, creating spaces shaped around what the people using them actually need. She places particular weight on the conversation with the client — careful listening, and reading both functional and aesthetic expectations correctly, are the foundation of how she designs.
